David (Rudy) Rudisill Named Senior Vice President

Tuesday, April 8th 2003 - Albemarle, NC - Bank of Stanly Board of Directors has named David (Rudy) Rudisill Senior Vice President. Rudy is a commercial and consumer lender at Bank of Stanly's Main Office in Albemarle.

Rudy is a graduate of North Stanly High School and received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte in 1981. Prior to joining Bank of Stanly, he worked as a sales manager in the headwear division of Stanly Knitting Mills in Oakboro. He joined Bank of Stanly in 2000 as a commercial lending officer and Assistant Vice President. On his experience at Bank of Stanly, he commented, "Stanly County is a great place to live and raise a family. He and his wife, Margaret, live in Albemarle with their two children; Austin, who is 17 and Kate, 14. They are members of Main Street Methodist Church, where Rudy teaches Sunday School and leads the Senior Youth Group with Margaret. He is a member of the Stanly County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Stanly Memorial Hospital Foundation Forum, the Albemarle Rotary Club, and serves on the finance committee for Habitat for Humanity.
