Bank of Stanly Names Jeff Talley A Vice President

Tuesday, July 1st 2003 - Albemarle, NC - Jeff Talley has been named a Vice President of Bank of Stanly by its Board of Directors and will work closely with executive management on various strategic projects.

Jeff is a graduate of West Stanly High School and has recently earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in financial institution and commercial banking from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He also has obtained his securities and insurance licenses, enabling him to offer non-traditional financial products through our investment management company, Strategic Investment Group.

In January of 1997, Jeff joined Bank of Stanly through an apprenticeship, gaining experience in various areas of the company. Most of his experience has been in retail and commercial banking. He has worked in the Albemarle Main Office, Oakboro Office and most recently in the Norwood Office, serving as the Team Leader.

He resides in Stanfield with his wife, Kellie, and their daughter, Payton. He serves on the Association For Retarded Citizens Service Finance Committee and is a former member of both the Norwood Jaycees and Norwood Lions Club. He is the son of Mike and Debbie Talley of Stanfield.
