Cabarrus Bank & Trust Releases New Photographs

Bank & Trust released new photos of its development
on Palaside Drive in Concord, NC.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held in June
to mark the start of this development. Cabarrus Bank & Trust
plans to open the new, state-of-the-art, 2,700 square foot
building by year-end. R.J. Fisher Construction Company, Inc.
of Concord, NC will build the facility designed by local
architects Yates/Chreitzberg Architects, both of Concord,
NC.
The brick building is located adjacent to
Kerr Drugs at the intersection of Palaside Drive and Arbor
Street and will feature three drive-through windows and one
ATM, accessible by vehicle. Inside, there will be three offices,
a conference room and four teller stations. "The new building
will allow us to offer all the conveniences that our customers
deserve," said Sanjay Mistry, President of Cabarrus Bank & Trust. "But
more important than brick and mortar, is that we continue
to provide banking services on a personal level, one relationship
at a time."
Cabarrus Bank & Trust began its hometown
approach to community banking on Friday, April 11, 2003.
Organizers rallied community support behind the capitalization
efforts and raised the necessary capital to open the Bank
with over 800 shareholders.
