Angel Teems Receives Promotion at Cabarrus Bank

Tuesday, July 13th 2004 - Concord, NC - Cabarrus Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the promotion of Angel S. Teems as Assistant Vice President. Angel has been with Cabarrus Bank & Trust since inception and was an instrumental part of the organizational effort serving as Administrative Officer. She began her banking career in 1999 and has a strong community bank background. Sanjay Mistry, Cabarrus Bank & Trust President commented, “Angel exhibits a high-touch, personal approach to banking and her enthusiasm toward customer service is exceptional.”

Angel is a native of Concord where she graduated from Concord High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Carolina University and has completed various American Institute of Banking courses. She and her husband, Rhett Teems, reside in Cabarrus County where they are members of Epworth United Methodist Church. At her church, Angel serves on the Administrative Board and is a member of both the Jenkins-Jones Circle and the Handbell Choir. As a community volunteer, Angel works with the local homeless shelter.
