Serving The Community With New West Stanly Office

Thursday, January 4th 2007 - Albemarle, NC - Bill Lawhon, President and CEO of Bank of Stanly, is pleased to announce that Bank of Stanly has opened an office to serve Western Stanly. The new office is located at 111 Ray Kennedy Drive, Locust, NC, and opened for business on January 2, 2007. The office is open from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. “These longer hours will enable us to best serve our customers.” said Bill Lawhon.

The West Stanly Office is led by Michael Harwood, Senior Vice President, who is managing the office, along with a team of well qualified associates.

Michael graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Degree in Business Administration and joined Bank of Stanly in 1994. Since joining the bank, he has focused on creating long-term relationships with clients by providing superior service and a full range of financial options to help achieve their financial goals. Michael holds Series 7 and 66 registrations with the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD) and the NC Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance Licenses.
